Entering a new market starts with the country, numbers and calling terms. Proton VoIP provides local DIDs and international voice destinations. A number is assigned to the customer for inbound and outbound calling.

Information for your manager

Specify the country and, if a local prefix matters, the city or region. Describe outbound calling, player support or both. Include expected volume and your current telephone system. The manager selects numbers and prepares personalised terms using these inputs.

Availability in a particular location and document requirements depend on the country and number type. The manager provides the exact list and activation timeframe when you order.

Starting in the new market

An existing PBX connects through SIP. Proton's cloud PBX is available when needed. Inbound calls reach the selected system, and outbound calls use the assigned number.

The free test period lets you evaluate call quality in your working setup. After activation, add the number to player contact channels and configure inbound handling in the PBX. Market-level statistics and costs help track workload after launch.
