iGaming telephony costs depend on destinations, call volume and selected services. Proton VoIP has three main service lines: SIP and international calls, a cloud PBX and DID numbers.
Service rates
SIP and international calls start at $0.05 per minute. Example rates are Poland $0.12, Canada $0.05, Turkey $0.30 and India $0.052. Personalised terms depend on markets and call volume.
The cloud PBX starts at $50 per month. Basic is $50 for 0–50 accounts, Advanced $100 for 50–100 accounts, and Enterprise $150 for 101 or more accounts. DIDs start at $10 per month and are assigned to the customer for inbound and outbound calls.
If the team has its own PBX, a SIP trunk can provide external connectivity. Estimates therefore depend on the chosen setup: not every project needs a cloud platform.
