Proton VoIP provides API access and documentation for integrating telephony with a CRM. Call data can then be used in your system and connected to team workflows.

Define the required data

A team may need call statistics and costs alongside player information or recordings for enquiry reviews. Proton provides APIs for telephony data and recording access. The documentation describes exact fields and request methods.

First define what an employee should see in the CRM. After a conversation, a manager might need its time, duration and cost. Creating and assigning a follow-up task belongs to your CRM's logic.

Implement the integration

Request documentation and sample requests from the manager. Your technical team uses them to implement data exchange. Scope depends on the information required and the design of your system.

After implementation, find one call in both telephony statistics and the CRM, comparing timestamps and available identifiers. If recording access is implemented, check that the corresponding conversation opens. This aligns the integration with your player communication workflow.
